This September we’re throwing a #WOTS30 birthday party like no other, celebrating the past and future of Canadian literature with an exciting lineup of debut authors alongside perennial favourites.
Sharon & Bram will make a special appearance at The Word On The Street Toronto on Sunday, September 22, with a performance on the Harbourfront Concert Stage at 11:00 AM followed by a book signing.

The Toronto Humane Society Reading Buddies program is an initiative that pairs new readers with shelter animals who are “all ears” to listen to them practice their reading skills. This program is mutually beneficial for both children and shelter animals. Children are able to build confidence in their reading skills by practicing with a non-judgemental “reading buddy”, and the animals receive more human interaction which improves their sociability, and therefore increases their chances of being adopted.
