Word On The Street Halifax is one of many festivals that contribute significantly to the economic wealth of Nova Scotia. We do more than place writers on stage. We proudly host some of the finest talent in Canadian literature, with a strong focus on Atlantic Canada. This year we celebrate our 25th anniversary. Save the date and join in the celebrations!
Deborah Hale’s first romance novel appeared in print twenty years ago. Since then she has published over three dozen works of popular fiction in the genres of historical romance, fantasy romance, inspirational romance and historical fiction. Deborah’s books have won a number of awards including the Golden Heart and her name is on Romance Writers of America’s Honor Roll, which recognizes top-selling authors in the genre.
