Everyone knows that September and October are the best months for literary events in Canada, so we can\u2019t wait to get to everything we can. To save you time, we\u2019ve put together a list of a few events at IFOA that we\u2019re looking forward to the most, and you should get tickets to right now.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Five Artists Five Ways<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Saturday, October 22, 8:00 PM<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After launching our first Genre Zone Stage this year, we\u2019re more excited than ever to see the best graphic storytellers across the country. At this round table event, moderated by Seth, you\u2019ll get a chance to hear from <strong>Nina Bunjevac<\/strong>, <strong>Michael DeForge<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Nick Drnaso<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jon McNaught<\/strong>,\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Chris Oliveros<\/strong>. You can also visit the Five Ways exhibit at Harbourfront Centre, featuring work from each of these artists.<\/p>\n<p>It would be ill-advised to not take these graphic storytellers seriously \u2013 they tell some of the most poignant narratives within this gorgeous framework. Every year, amazing Canadian novelists publish their first full length work without much recognition. The Word On The Street has been featuring crime, mystery, and suspense for many years, and they are often the best attended events.
