Persia. The very name evokes magic and mystery. And the food – extraordinary flavours and ingredients, from ripe red pomegranates and breads, pilafs, and crisp vegetables, bowls of chopped aromatic herbs, and exotic sweets like rose water pudding and date-nut halvah. Who better to serve as our ambassador to this enchanting region than the incomparable Naomi Duguid, who for more than 20 years has been bringing us exceptional recipes and mesmerizing tales from regions seemingly beyond our reach? Taste of Persia is an adventure of discovery – rich with history and variety, and a wealth of culinary traditions and innovations.
