10 Canadian Literary Magazines You Can Submit To ASAP

August 1, 2018

So you’ve written a story. Or a poem. Or an essay. Now what?

You know you should send it somewhere, but where? There are great resources available like the CBC guide to Canadian literary magazines, but as a writer who most likely has a day job, it can be hard to keep track of which magazines are open when. There are so many!

That’s why we put together this quick list of ten Canadian literary magazines that are looking for submissions between August and October—so you can stop creating spreadsheets, and start sending things out! (That said, remember to always make sure that the magazine you’re submitting to is a fit for your work!)
